Description
This is the 2024 Release of Highland Park's immense 30-year-old single malt. To create this edition, master whisky maker Gordon Motion selected eight casks laid down in 1990, 1991, and 1992, working carefully with different cask types to compose a complex, mature dram while retaining the Orkney distillery's signature character.

Jasmine, crushed coriander seeds, freshly-cut coconut, pink grapefruit, peaches soaked in almond liqueur, caramelised lemons, gentle heathered peat smoke.
