Highland Park 27 Year Old 1991 (cask 15086) - 30th Anniversary Gift Box (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

One of a pair of Highland Park single malts that Signatory independently bottled for its 30th anniversary celebrations - what a way to mark the occasion! It was distilled in May 1991 and matured in a single sherry butt for 27 years when it bottled with its natural colour at 52% ABV in June 2018. 545 bottles were produced, and each one comes with a presentation case and a pair of tasting glasses.
