Independently bottled Highland Park single malt Scotch whisky, aged in a single bourbon cask from 1989 to 2016. Following its maturation, this incredible Island whisky was bottled as part of the Rest & Be Thankful range at 48.4% ABV.
Classic Highland Park smoke appears right from the start, before a burst of lingonberry arrives.
Clean lemon, heather and peppery oak. Thyme honey grows further on.
Herbal smoke and a bit of mown grass.
