Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Classic Highland Park smoke appears right from the start, before a burst of lingonberry arrives.

Palate

Clean lemon, heather and peppery oak. Thyme honey grows further on.

Finish

Herbal smoke and a bit of mown grass.
