23 year old Highland Park single malt Scotch whisky, bottled independently for the A. D. Rattray Cask Collection. This whisky comes from a single Sherry butt, which was filled in December 1990 and emptied 23 years later in August 2014. 536 bottles of this coastal, Sherried Orkney whisky were produced.
