Distilled at Highland Park in 2003, this single malt spent the next 21 years maturing in a single refill bourbon barrel. The cask was opened by Fruitful Spirits in 2025, independently releasing just 81 cask strength bottles.
Light, heathery peat, lifted by soft fruit sweetness and honeyed malt.
Rich and rounded, with bright fruit layered over gentle peat smoke and malt depth.
Lingering and harmonious, with fading smoke and warm, mellow fruit tones.
