An indie Orkney single malt, this Highland Park was distilled back in 1997! It was filled into a single refill hogshead, where it stayed for over two decades. Eventually, Douglas Laing bottled it up in 2019 for its Xtra Old Particular series at cask strength, with 298 bottles released at 51.9% ABV.
