Nose
Dry grass and driftwood on the nose, with hints of manuka honey and red berry fruit. A little peat smoke and sea air.
Palate
Citrus fruits and caramel. Quite sweet with very soft smoke developing.
Finish
Honeycomb finish with cinnamon and soft peat.
