Highland Park 21 DC Bottling Note

This was distilled at the Highland Park distillery in February 1991. It was then aged for 21 years in a single cask (refill butt number 9200) before bottling for Douglas Laing's premier Director's Cut range in October 2012.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Dry grass and driftwood on the nose, with hints of manuka honey and red berry fruit. A little peat smoke and sea air.

Palate: Citrus fruits and caramel. Quite sweet with very soft smoke developing.

Finish: Honeycomb finish with cinnamon and soft peat.
