This is a twenty-one year old bottling of that Orcadian giant - Highland Park, bottled by Signatory in 2012.
Heathery peat and stewing red fruits greet the nose whilst rich toffee and estery boiled sweet swim over the palate, leading to a silky yet smoky finish.
