Released by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society for the Highland Whisky Festival 2024, this 20-year-old Highland Park — playfully named Take Me To The Chippy — shows the Orkney distillery’s smoky, coastal heart with a touch of Islay influence. Matured in bourbon HTMC (heavy toast, medium char) and Islay whisky oloroso refill hogsheads, it’s a bold and briny celebration of festival spirit.
