This is bottling of Highland Park distilled in 1991 and bottled by MacKillops Choice, and is a delicious example of this Orcadian malt.
Toffee and salted caramel lead to vanilla on the nose, followed by honey and rum-soaked raisins on the palate with a hit of peat on the finish.
