    Product details

    Highland Park 1995 (bottled 2017) - Gordon & MacPhail

Single malt from Orkney's Highland Park distillery, independently bottled by the marvellous Gordon & MacPhail. This was distilled back in 1995 (back when Pulp were topping the charts) and bottled in 2017 at cask strength for La Maison du Whisky.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Toasted rye, well butters and with a pot of marmalade on the side. Aromatic hints of heather and smoke.

    Palate

Roughly crushed spices and a touch of sea air. Fruity malt, followed by oatcakes.

    Finish

Very long indeed, boasting coastal notes and a hint of sugared peel sweetness.
