Nose

Palate
Dried fruits, notably dates and raisins, smoke, toffee and a smidgen of cinnamon.
Finish
A long smoky finish with flavours from the palate making welcome encores.
Overall
Plenty of rich notes with that heathery Highland Park smoke present throughout.
