Single malt from the Highland Park distillery, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for their MacPhail's Collection. It was distilled back in 1989 and bottled in 2016 at 43% ABV.
Light peat smoke, with touches of fresh oak and cinnamon. A little liquorice root.
Menthol, plum, prune and full-bodied peat.
Hints of chocolate buttons and cracked black pepper.
