It was drawn from a combination of 13 refill butt and hogshead casks, yielding an outturn of 893 bottles at 49.1% ABV in 2011. A unique, delicate and fruity whisky from the Orkney distillery, with tropical fruit balancing the hallmark floral honey and peat smoke that we know and love.
