Nose
Soft waves of sea breeze and delicate smoke are cushioned by floral vanilla and buttery fudge.
Palate
That vanilla and fudge carries through, with a touch of peat smoke backing hearty helpings of festive spice, dense oak char, and grilled pineapple.
Finish
A delicate finish, with waves of creamy vanilla custard and mellow oak spice.
