Highland Park 18 Year Old 1996 (cask 10589) - Old Particular (Douglas Laing) 70cl Whisky

Independently bottled Highland Park single malt Scotch whisky, matured in a single cask. It was distilled on Orkney in September 1996 and left to age in refill hogshead #10589 until November 2014, when it was bottled with an outturn of 450 bottles. This has been presented as part of Douglas Laing's Old Particular range. Soft smoke, sweet barley and touches of fruit cake make this Highland Park a right treat.
