This is an exceptional Highland Park bottled by Douglas Laing for their Premier Barrel range. The whisky is presented in a porcelain decanter and boasts notes of tropical fruits and peat.
Heathery Highland Park peat with course ground black pepper and aromatic spices on the nose. Followed by a creamy palate with notes of earth and elderflower. The finish is substantial with a little more peat and some coastal notes.
