A 15 year old Highland Park single malt Scotch whisky, drawn from a combination of bourbon and Viognier wine casks. This is a release of 2,475 bottles, bottled by Murray McDavid.
Black tea, vanilla, subtle smoke, a burst of slightly sour green grapes.
Thyme honey, heather, raisin and pear. Slight touch of earth.
Dark chocolate tart and red apple slices.
