An indie bottling of Highland Park, distilled back in December 1991. The Orkney single malt was placed in a single cask which previously held sherry, and was left there for the next 15 years. In May 2007, Mackillop's Choice bottled it up at cask strength, with a limited outturn weighing in at 53.9% ABV
