Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Big and sherried, heather smoke, balsamic and caramel. Assam tea and hazelnuts.
Palate
Nutmeg and manuka honey, more heather smoke and chocolate orange.
Finish
Fairly long with drying smokiness.
Overall
Quintessential sherried Highland Park, wonderful.
