An indie, sherried Orkney whisky here, this single malt was distilled at Highland Park in 2006! After 13 years in a single refill sherry puncheon, it was bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in February 2020. 658 cask strength bottles were released for the Connoisseurs Choice series, weighing in at 60.3% ABV.
Layers of fragrant smoke support spiced apple pie, with homemade berry jam on burnt toast.
