The entry level bottling from Scotland's most northerly distillery, Highland Park, aged for 12 years. This is an older design, before the Highland Park range underwent a rebrand in 2017, and another in 2024. A fab find for a retro collection.
These bottles were part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!

The problem is scotch is so expensive to try lots of different bottles. Perhaps we should invent a scotch club to share? Highland Park was wonderful. I just picked up a Mccallan 10 year, we shall see.
I set out about a year ago to try every Scotch I could get my hands on. So far I'm almost up to two dozen. Despite being one of the three cheapest bottles I've tried (THE cheapest single malt) and among the youngest group... This is hands down my favorite so far! I may even give up looking any further and happily settle in right here.
A drink that every one enjoy, cheers!
Some of the best scotch i've had satisfies the need for both sherry and peat with some nice salty coastal flavor as well. excellent
I'm normally a fan of sherried highland whiskys, and don't usually like a smokey scotch, but this is nice. The smokiness adds a nice complexity and finish and isn't too overpowering, still plenty of notes of sherried sweetness.
