The entry level bottling from Scotland's most northerly distillery, Highland Park, aged for 12 years. This is an older design, before the Highland Park range underwent a rebrand in 2017, and another in 2024. A fab find for a retro collection.

I did not find either the depth or the complexity. It's good for the price, I suppose, but I think I'm done with it. I did finish the bottle though. So, it's either not so bad, or I was quite thirsty!
Heather, infused with an oaky char and fresh fruits. Simply a well balanced and delicious dram. I'm in!!
Switched from an old favorite to try Highland Park 12 and really rather disappointed as found the flavor was just a bit lacking as didn't find the depth mentioned in the tasting notes. There's better single malts out there for the same price
Tried this one at a Scotch Tasting and surpassed all candidates with its overall complexity in the nose and palette. Brine, heather, toffee, spicy, dried fruits, wood, and a hint of smoke in the back. Superbly balanced and matured in oloroso sherry casks to give the natural coloring in this non chill filtered nectar of the gods! Freeeeeeeedom.
Highland park 12 anni ti lascia senza parole, molti sentori che avvolgono il palato, veramente ottimo. Per ogni goccia che assapori, devi lasciarti cullare dalla fantasia, e immaginazione.
