The entry level bottling from Scotland's most northerly distillery, Highland Park, aged for 12 years. This is an older design, before the Highland Park range underwent a rebrand in 2017, and another in 2024. A fab find for a retro collection.
These bottles were part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!

I've enjoyed the flavor of this scotch. I prefer smoky, peaty scotches and this one (as someone mentioned earlier) is a really good scotch for the price. Warm, smoky, comforting all around!
A go-to brand. Inexpensive but nice. Easy to drink, quite smooth for a 12 year old.
Pretty new to single malts and haven't tried that many. Also, I'm still trying to build a career and am not enormously flush. So I tend to pitch my tent next to the £20-30/bottle range in Morrison's, and have tried the likes of Glenmorangie 10, Aberlour 10, Glenlivet 12, Ledaig (nice young whisky) All of the above are clearly superior to the cheap, blended rubbish but the HP 12 is the nicest I've tried so far. A revelation!
great 'all rounder' touches of spice, citrus and a hint of smoke on the finish. A main stay of the collection
Never met a whisky drinker who didn't like HP. In it's price range, you will not find a better dram balancing sweet, smoke & salt at the same time. It's a class act.
