A half-bottle of Highland Park 12 Year Old, a terrific single malt all the way from Orkney. With fresh citrus, thick honey, fragrant herbs and layers of aromatic smoke, it's fair to say that this one has a particularly full-bodied flavour profile that is well worth taking your time over. Not just a cracking dram by itself, it is also happens to pair rather well with food - crack out the charcuterie board and enjoy!
