Distilled at the Highland Park on the 30th June 1987, this was aged in two hogsheads for 23 years, before bottling on the 25th November 2010. A release of 611 bottles.
Nose: Cut hay, toffee apples and a touch of heather honey. Herbal, slightly spicy.
Palate: Rich and warming, with manuka honey and granary toast. A touch of salt caramel, spice and gorse bush.Finish Dusty, musty and malty on the finish, with a definite woodshop effect. Very good indeed.
