Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is rich with green, stemmy hay notes. Hints of heather roots and boiled sweets, acacia honey and eucalyptus oil. The palate is full with a chewy mouth feel. Notes of dark sugar and toasty cereal. Chocolate, honeyed sweetness and liqourice with a nuttiness. The finish is long and warming with spice and an earthen character.
