Harmony - a rather apt word to describe this well-balanced Japanese blended whisky from the Hibiki range. Hibiki Japanese Harmony is made with malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, as well as grain whisky from the Chita distillery. The whiskies are drawn from five different types of cask, including American white oak casks, sherry casks and Mizunara oak casks. An elegant expression, with wafts of honey, orange, a herbaceous touch or two, and light oak.
Red berries, green apple and layers of rich honey.
Melted butter and caramelised dates. A hint of fragrant sandalwood develops into warming, oaky spice.
Brown sugar, citrus peels, white grape, and black pepper.

My favourite Japanese whisky. As always, delivered promptly and perfectly packaged by MoM! Great prices, great choice, love you guys!!
Stunningly smooth, with a honeyed, semi-sweet finish. You can tell this is quality just from nosing it. Superb digestif or (as in my case) a drink to muse about life over, and then conclude that things are really rather OK.
Oh wow it’s the best ever taste it’s smooth on the tongue and full of fruit. If you don’t like oak peat whisky this is the one for you it’s superbly palatable and the after tones are pleasant. Would highly recommend
Very solid whiskey for the price. you get a great experience if drank neat, drop of water, or even rocks. I do a couple drops of spring water and the apple notes shine, which is what I love about this whiskey. The oak is not over-powering and the finish is balanced.
This whiskey is absolutely amazing better than any Scottish whiskey only tasted better in Ireland and that’s a common whiskey from Ireland without advertising for anyone else
