Description

Hibiki Japanese Harmony gets a rather handsome new outfit for this limited 2026 edition, created in collaboration with Chiso, the historic Kyoto textile house.

The whisky inside remains the familiar Hibiki Japanese Harmony, a blend bringing together whiskies from Suntory’s Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. The collaboration is all about presentation, with Chiso’s floral motifs wrapping around Hibiki’s distinctive 24-faceted bottle, including cherry blossom and tachibana citrus.

Nose

Rose petals, lychee, and orange blossom, with honey, candied citrus peel, and a gentle herbal note of rosemary. Soft sandalwood and polished oak sit underneath.

Palate

Poached pear, honey, white chocolate, and candied orange. Floral notes continue alongside soft spice, vanilla, and a light touch of oak.

Finish

Sweet citrus, gentle spice, sandalwood, and a subtle suggestion of mizunara oak.
