Hibiki 30 Years Old – Artist Collaboration with Hiroshi Senju
A special-edition Hibiki, featuring original work by Nihonga artist Hiroshi Senju. For both this 30-year-old blend and its accompanying 21-year-old partner, Senju created ten shades of natural purple pigments to echo Hibiki’s traditional Kokimurasaki hue and its theme of harmony with nature.

Nose
Leather, raisin, prune, sweet chestnut.
Palate
Brown sugar, dried fig, apricot jam, cedar and pain d’épices (gingerbread).
Finish
Extremely rich, cinnamon and Mizunara.
