Boasting a high rye mash bill of 70% rye and 30% malted barely, the whisky was treated to a finish in an oloroso sherry cask, imparting sumptuous fruit character to the hearty notes of chocolate, and herbaceous rye spice beneath.
Batch 3 is a release of 572 bottles.
