Beverbach Craft Beer Cask Finish
The folks at Germany's Hardenberg Distillery have taken its single malt, matured in bourbon and brandy barrels, and treated it to a finishing period in craft beer casks for this expression! We're not sure which style of beer, but we know it was made with craft – as you'd expect seeing as German beer tends to be pretty good stuff.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet, juicy malt and fruity flapjack, green oak, and floral vanilla.
Palate
Rich barley continues with plenty of tangy oak, sweet wafts of orchard fruit balance dryer hoppy undertones.
Finish
Fruit tart, flaky pastry, and a prickle of peppery, toasted oak.
