From Hannah Whisky Merchants comes St Bridget's Kirk, a ten-year-old blended malt bringing together four component whiskies from Islay, the Highlands, and Speyside. But we don't know any more than that! Apart from the fact it's gently smoky, with 705 bottles released at 48.5% ABV.

Nose
Caramelised nuts, dark treacle, toasted oak, baking spices, subtle smoke.
Palate
Savoury smokiness, oily citrus, salted caramel, crystallised ginger, and nougat.
Finish
Black pepper, marmalade, and root ginger.
