An intense, utterly delicious 18 year old single malt, distilled at Hakushu. This is full, fruity, and very, very malty.
Very thick with notes of cut grass, orange blossom, manuka honey, apple peel, calves leather and almond.
Oaky with notes of custard, syrup, stem ginger, bramble leaves, watermelon, hints of cut hay and pine resin.
Good length with notes of sour lemon sweets, dry oak and caramel.
