The folks behind Gulliver's 47 have gone and taken their wonderful peated English whisky, and matured it for 10 years! The single malt spent its decade of ageing in red wine quarter casks, so expect some lovely spices among the jammy red fruit.

Nose
Honeyed baking spices, candied ginger and earthy smoke running through, with cooked red fruit.
Palate
Oak char and wood smoke, with hints of ground almond, earthy vanilla pod and cooked cherry.
Finish
A dry finish of smoke, spices, and dark berries.
