Description
This full-proof bourbon hails from the Green River distillery in Kentucky. Its mash bill comprises 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, and the whiskey is drawn from small batches of select barrels, blended and bottled at cask strength. With a rich, robust profile boasting plenty of oaken vanilla and balanced spice, it's a satisfying neat sipper, and ought to shine in an Old Fashioned.

Nose
Rich layers of woody spice, burnt caramel, dark chocolate, and dried berries, with a touch of mint in the distance.
Palate
Toffee, vanilla, and subtly leathery oak lead, with warming notes of peppercorn and cinnamon in tow.

A touch of herbal tea, rich butterscotch, nutmeg, and oak char.
