The gang at indie bottler GreatDrams picked a cracking cask of Glen Moray single malt for this addition to its Single Cask Series. Matured for seven years between June 2012 and October 2022.
Crisp apples and pears are joined by hints of nutty nougat, toasted oak, and vanilla.
Juicy barley leads, with fresh orchard fruits, gingerbread, and a smidge of pepper.
Sweet and zesty on the finish, with caramel wafers and vanilla fudge balancing more fiery peppercorns.
