This 25-year-old blended malt offers a preview of the distillery’s future style. Matured for a quarter of a century, this whisky from The Cairn Distillery was bottled at 43% ABV. It’s silky and smooth, with indulgent layers of rum-soaked raisins, brown sugar, ripe figs, and maple syrup.
Rum and raisin with brown sugar. Ripe fig and maple syrup, and a hint of liquorice.
Raspberry and pistachio nut with apple and tangy orange peel.
Milk chocolate and oak.
