The Auld & the Bold explores whisky makers redefining Scotch traditions, and GlenWyvis represents one of the category’s most modern approaches. Founded as a community-owned social enterprise powered by renewable energy, the Highland distillery combines progressive thinking with classic flavour-led whisky making.
Distilled in 2018, this GlenWyvis single malt matured for seven years including an oloroso finish before bottling at 58.1% ABV from cask #157. A total of 283 bottles were produced.

Nose
Dried fruits, menthol freshness, cocoa powder, and roasted nuts.
Palate
Dark chocolate, orange peel, cereal sweetness, and fine-grained tannins.
Finish
Spiced fruit, cocoa dust, and gentle oak.
