This handsome Highlander matured in a combo of American and European oak sherry seasoned casks and bourbon barrels, carefully considered and thoughtfully balanced to showcase the abundant fruit flavours found in the distillery's new make spirit.
Vanilla and toffee apple. Barley sugar entwines with hints of malt and light oak. Cinnamon is soft alongside heavier notes of sticky ginger cake. Light fruits and gentle wood spices deliver a sweet, soft finish.
