Glenturret is the spiritual (excuse the pun) heart of the Famous Grouse blend, and this is a bottle of its 10-year-old single malt from back in the 2000s.
This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Tragic that this malt is no longer available. We have been drinking it for many years, having first discovered it when visiting the distillery. Big business rules :(((
Among mild Whiskeys the 10 year old Glenturret stands out with its pleasantness in all three phases, the smell, the taste and the palate. I sincerely hope it won't be discontinued. I would be such a loss to the Whiskey universe.
