Description

A tasty 10 year old single malt from the Glenturret Distillery in the Highlands. Fun fact: Glenturret was founded all the way back in 1775, though back then is was named the Hosh Distillery. After all these years, they've certainly got this whisky-making stuff down to a tee, don't they?

Nose

Honeyed porridge with a dusting of brown sugar, very subtle forest floor earthiness, fresh melon.

Palate

Sugared almonds, cut grass, buttery brioche, apricot and peach.

Finish

Tangy marmalade and mellow vanilla, plus some drying oak warmth.
