10 year old single malt from the Glentuachers distillery, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. You'll note that we said "single malt", and not "silent malt", which is the name of a style of whisky once produced at Glentauchers using column stills rather than pot stills back in the day. Needless to say, it didn't catch on, and Glentauchers returned to using pot stills and making great whisky - like this one!
Batch 6 is a release of 1,264 bottles.

Subtle pineapple, vanilla, light lemongrass notes.
Mixed herbs, orange blossom and cookie dough.
Short, subtle toffee and sharp citrus with underlying notes of peach.
