An indie bottling of Glentauchers, this Speysider was distilled in 2010. The single malt was then left in a single sherry butt for its total maturation, which was nine years. Then, when the time came Strictly Limited bottled up the whisky for the Càrn Mòr series, with the cask yielding 900 bottles at 47.5% ABV.
Apple skin and digestive biscuits, alongside fresh espresso and chai spices.
More apple followed by cinnamon and banana loaf, vanilla shortbread and brown sugar.
Baking spices on the finish, with a drizzle of honey.
