This here is a 7 year old single malt from the Glentauchers distillery, independently bottled by A.D. Rattray. It began life maturing in a sherry butt in June 2011, and was then moved over to a sherry hogshead for a finishing period before being bottled in March 2019. Just 344 bottles were produced.

Nose
Dates, cookie dough, orange peel and barley.
Palate
More dried fruit, now paired with hints of milk chocolate and buttered scones.
Finish
Nutty on the finish.
