A 7 year old single malt from the Glentauchers distillery in Speyside, distilled in February 2009 and allowed to mature in a bourbon cask until September 2016. It was independently bottled by A. D. Rattray, producing 326 bottles.
Lots of barley and buttered bread notes. A few hints of freshly squeeze orange.
Honey'd cereals, Custard Cream biscuits and flaky pastry.
Sponge cake, fresh cream, cinnamon.
