The Cooper has made another choice. This is a 7 year old single malt from Glentauchers, independently bottled for The Cooper's Choice range after maturing in a fresh bourbon barrel from June 2009 to 2016. 305 bottles were produced.
Soft caramel and honey, with a hearty core of grist and mince pie filling.
Vanilla pod, brown bread and stewed plum.
Peppery on the finish.
