Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Apple crumble with a dusting of spice opens the way before things develop towards grilled pineapple and caramel sauce. Antique furniture and old oak linger in the distance.
Palate
Layers of creamy barley welcome the way for a medley of tropical fruits, drizzled with honey. Oily oak brings depth, with delicate spice creeping in.
Finish
That fruitiness lingers beside drying spice and treacle toffee.
